Before Local Anesthesia 

• There are no restrictions with eating or drinking prior to your appointment. 
• You may drive yourself to the office. IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal parent or legal guardian, who must remain in office during the procedure. 
• Please wear loose fitting clothing. 
• Do not wear lipstick or excessive makeup on the day of surgery. 
• No smoking for at least 12 hours before surgery. This includes tobacco, marijuana and vaping. 
• You may bring a device/ear buds to listen to music during the surgery. Many patients find this helpful.

*If you take routine oral medications, please take them as prescribed unless otherwise directed.

*If you have an illness such as a fever, cold, sore throat, or stomach upset please notify the office as soon as possible.
