Meet Dr. Zachary Zeiler

Dr Zachary Zeiler completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at the University of Calgary and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.  While in dental school, he maintained Academic All-Canadian status as a member of the varsity swim team. He enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) in 2013 and served as a Dental Officer in the Royal Canadian Dental Corps until 2021. During his time in the military, he deployed on a seven-month overseas tour in Iraq in 2020—earning a Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC) Commendation upon returning home. 

He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Rochester. Dr Zeiler also completed an elective EMBA degree through the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He graduated with honors and Beta Gamma Sigma membership. He continues to work as a part-time faculty in the OMFS Department at Strong Memorial Hospital.  Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and is an avid swimmer and surfer.
